
As one of field sales manager here one of job is to make sure that we’re being able to reach the sales target. And one of the ways to do it is that we have to improve our human resources skill especially, well since I’m at the Marketing department, our sales selling skill. It’s important to face the world constant changes. As it is develop time to time. And for us the salesmen there is no other way better than to improve our communication skills, that’s the beat of our line of work.
And recently I have joined my sub-ordinates to attend a special training program, called the practical training for professional. Here they will learn to professionally, improve their selling skills. Which in the end it will boost our sales in general.
The training itself were held by Practical Training for Professionals ; it’s a training service through out the UK. They have been with many major clients to train their employees to improve their skills. Many training provided here such as: Customer Care Training, Finance and Planning Training, Management Training, personal Development Training, and Sales Training. We can even train finance for non-finance managers like me to give us a little brief about financing.
